Update or edit review
When and How to Edit a Review: Once a review is submitted, you cannot edit the review. Before you submit a review, please make sure the content is correct. Once the review is published, if you would like to change it based on an updated experience at the same property, then please see “When to Update a Review” section below. However, if you would like to add, or change content to the review based on the existing experience, please re-submit a new review and also let us know in the new review content that you are changing an already submitted review. We will then change your existing review as per the new content (date of review submission will be that be of your existing review) and the review with the old content will be replaced.
When and How to Update a Review: If you had an updated experience at the same property, i.e. you had visited the property again, and your new experience is significantly different than your previous experience, please re-submit a new review and also let us know in the new review content that you are re-submitting a review based on updated experience. We will then remove your existing review and post the update review once it is approved. However, if your updated experience is similar to your existing experience, the updated review will not be published if your updated experience is within one year of the prior review submission.
