Nice Views
It’s a small fort on top of the hills. The drive up and the views from the palace are good. However it is not well maintained.
Garden with a founatin
One of the popular stops in Udaipur. It is a garden with fountains, lotus ponds, sculptures etc.. However, place is not well maintained. If you go use a guide to learn more about the place.
Nice Views
Took a boat to Jag Mandir Palace Hotel and went there for lunch. Okay food, other than the museum and a garden, not much to see. Overall, you can stop by for the view if you are taking boat ride in the lake.
Popular Spot
It is a popular photo spot with views of City Palace and the Taj Lake Palace. Due to narrow streets, its little difficult to drive here in a car.
Popular Attraction
Jaisalmer Fort is a popular attraction and is a living fort with houses, restaurants, temples etc.. The Jain Temples inside the fort are beautiful. The fort also gives the panoramic views of the entire town.
Golden Chhetris
It is little bit far away from Jaisalmer. The place has several golden chhetris (royal cenotaphs) and a popular photo-spot.
Must See
Sand Dunes are one of the top attractions in Jaisalmer. Sam Sand Dunes are bigger and more crowded than Khuri Sand Dunes and also offer several activities like Jeep and Camel Safaris, Dune Bashing etc.
Top Attraction
City Palace is one of the top attractions of Udaipur. The architecture of the building itself is amazing. It is entirely constructed of marbles and granite. The palace is huge with well decorated rooms and a museum with paintings, musical instruments etc. Recommend going with a guide.
Beautiful Building
The building itself is gorgeous. The museum has collections of coins, paintings, jewelery, carpets etc and an Egyptian mummy as well. In the evening it is lighted but day time is good to take photos of the building.
Quick Stop
The Jal Mahal or Water Palace is locate in the lake. You cannot go in the palace and there are no boat tours on the lake. However it’s a beautiful palace in the lake back dropped by hills.
