    It’s a short street but extremely crowded and traffic is slow moving. Driving is fun but also walk the street from top to bottom (easier). Even though the street is popular for hairpin turns, it also has some beautiful houses with colorful flowers.

    Walking the bridge is a bucket list for many, people from across the world visit it every day. You could also bike the bridge. There are Vista points with parking and restrooms on both sides of the bridge. Also, drive up to the Battery Spencer for the amazing view of the Golden Gate Bridge from above.

    Fisherman’s Wharf is a popular tourist spot with many souvenir shops, restaurants, piers, Alcatraz and Bay cruises, Ghirardelli Square , street artists etc.. even in summer it’s quite windy, so come prepared especially if you are planning on taking a boat cruise.
