Nice area with shops and restaurants. Popular photo-spot of the colourful dancing houses on the waterfront.
Dancing Houses
This area is very close to the central station and has many shops and restaurants. Popular attraction however are the colourful dancing houses.
Top Views
Although these historical houses can be found all over Amsterdam, Damrak remains one of the popular places to photograph them as these houses are colorful, closely packed, wobbly and located right by the waterfront.
