    Think heart shape is edit, Cappadocia is popular for hot air balloons but in the photo they look too close though. That could be edit as well

    Heart shape is edit.. many accounts on IG post it with out mentioning it’s an edit.

    Uchisar castle has a cave hole similar but not exactly heart shape.. the view from Uchisar castle is different. The background may be view from museum hotel. This picture may combination of two images with cave hole edited to look like heart shape.

    Here are the real cave locations. Uchisar castle is pretty close to heart shape.. The above photo may be edit of one of this views.
