    Looks like it’ s animated photo.. the front rock is another picture and superposed on the background waterfalls.. Waterfalls could be a picture of Niagara Falls.. but it’ s an animated falls..also color of the falls looks unreal

    Yes..edited video but Niagara Falls even better in real
