Report reviews (Owners) – When and how?
If you believe a review doesn’t meet our Review Guidelines or is fraudulent or is a blackmail by the reviewer (i.e. a guest threatens to write a negative review unless his unreasonable demands are met), please report it promptly to us by logging into your account and clicking on the “Report” link. It will open a message box where you could tell us what is wrong with the review. We will remove the review if we can confirm that it violates our review guidelines.
Please note that we cannot remove a review simply because there is a disagreement about its contents.
