Best Views
The bar offers best views in Rio. Great feijoadas and decent drinks. Service could be improved. It’s a little difficult to get there. Uber drivers aren’t happy climbing up the hill. Instead take the moto taxi at the community entrance or schedule the bar van.
Best Location
Hotel is right in the middle of Ipanema across the beach. The rooftop pool has views of the beach and the Dois Irmaos twin mountain peaks. Hotel also provides chairs, umbrellas and towels for the beach.
Great Location
Great Location right across the Ipanema beach. Rooms are little outdated but the view from the rooftop pool is just awesome. Our room had a balcony overlooking the beach.
Amazing Views
It’s a popular photo-spot. The hike is moderate and less than an hour but the wait for your turn to take pictures is long and could be few hours. Wear good shoes and come early in the morning to avoid sun and reduce the wait time.

Nice activity with the best views of the Redeemer. 30minTour included flying over the popular attractions such as Corcovado mountains, Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, beaches, stadium etc..
Beautiful Views
On the way to the top you go through a favela. From favela, either you can take a moto taxi to the trail or just walk. Steep hike and takes about 45mins to the top. Views are amazing and definitely worth it.
Difficult Hike
It’s a very difficult hike with constant scaling of vertical rock faces but the views are the best. It takes about 5-6Hrs for the round trip hike. Ropes and climbing shoes are recommended for the hike.
