Nice views but unlike Top of the Rock it’s mostly indoor experience. Glass elevator costs extra but there are ten people at a time in a small elevator, cannot get any pictures taken in the elevator. Drinks are expensive as well.

There are free ping-pong tables, carousel for kids, plenty of options for refreshments and even you can draw your own memories in the art room.
