It’ s a real and a beautiful place. But the actual place isn’ t as dramatic as it is in the video. Video looks real and isn’ t edit. However it is shot with long telephoto lens.
The long straight road with mountain backdrop is ideal for long lens. Most videos from this place are shot with long lens. This makes the mountain zoomed in and it appears gigantic.
Actual height of the waterfall is 300m.

In general, now both algorithms seem quite similar. Looks like they compare your latest post with your past posts. The more interaction the new post gets, the more people they show it to.
Think Instagram is more popular for travel and fashion content. TikTok is more popular for showcasing talent (singing, dancing, skills etc.) Most hotels and popular attractions have Instagram pages. But in general, most influencers have both TikTok and Instagram accounts and post the same videos in both places
